Being the 5th and last child in my family taught me to always be a good communicator! My father was in the Navy and we were lucky enough to be stationed in places like Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. We did quite a bit of moving around before he retired and we moved into the QC area around the mid 70's. I have a love for life and all things fun! I enjoy collecting LEGO and spending time with Friends and Family!

My beautiful wife Lisa and I have been married for 28 years and have raised our children Dayna and Zoe here. Both of our girls are graduates of Davenport Central High School, and Lisa is a counselor at one of our local high schools. We love our community and where we live so much that we've lived in the same house for the last 27 years! We have 2 cats and a partially paralyzed dog who has a great cart for mobility! We also enjoy traveling, especially to places with warm climates. Another fun fact about me is that I have been a goldsmith for over 30 years! 

Real Estate wasn't something that I originally planned on doing, it honestly was just something that happened! I was fortunate enough to meet a builder and his agent who recommended me to the manager of the office I’m still at. So many years later (10) it is still a great joy to help people buy or sell their properties. Ruhl&Ruhl has the atmosphere, great people and support that make it the only choice for me.

I believe in having a positive attitude, and always putting my clients best interest first. I walk into a home with a flashlight looking for the good, bad and ugly and I’m not afraid to point it out. I’m attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, and work hard to get my clients from the lives they have to the lives they want!
